30-Day Product Guarantee
Shine Cosmetics accepts returned merchandise within thirty (30) days of receiving the items for any reason (shipping and handling not refundable). Just let us know why the product did not meet your satisfaction by contacting a Shine Cosmetics customer care agent at 1-877-557-4463 or email us at email@example.com
Returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the original packing slip and/or a copy of the receipt then refunds or product credit will be made.
Defective or Damaged Product
In the event that product is defective or arrives damaged from a Carrier, the customer will need to submit a claims for damaged or defective merchandise must be made within 7 days of purchase. Please contact a Shine Cosmetics customer care agent or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Shine Cosmetics will send a replacement once the request is processed. Customers are asked to include digital photo(s) of the damaged or defective product so Shine Cosmetics can forward to our Carrier.
Stolen or Lost Shipment Claims
Shine will include tracking numbers for every package sent. The customer is responsible for checking with their local postal carrier if a tracking number shows a package was delivered yet the customer has not received it. In this case, the customer will be required to file a lost/stolen claim with their local post office. After a shipment has been reported lost with the local carrier, a request may be made with Shine Cosmetics for replacement of the lost shipment.
Returning Products to Shine Cosmetics
Requests for product exchanges or returns must be submitted and approved by a Shine Cosmetics customer care agent at 1-877-557-4463 or email us at email@example.com. If approved, a customer care representative will provide instructions for your return with a return authorization number and our return mailing address. We will ship replacement products within 2 business days through standard rate shipping service.
Subscription products are not available for refund or exchange. All sales are final.
